This week I was standing on the balcony of my apartment looking outside. Across the street, I saw a person carrying a hawk on their shoulder. Yes, a huge bird! He was carrying it around and letting people pet the hawk.
This past weekend I went to El Retiro park which is the "Central Park" of Madrid. It is a massive park in the middle of the city. People visit the park and take a break from a busy city life. I noticed a black swan in a small river. Nearby, I saw another black swan swimming toward it, and of course, I was lucky to capture them almost making a heart shape with their necks.
