Asking My Students: A Day in the Life

My favorite foods are fried chicken, hamburgers, cake sushi and kimbap (Korean sushi).

What language do you speak at school? How do you say "Hello" in your language?:

At school, students speak Vietnamese, but at the English School, we try to speak English as much as we can. "Hello!" in Vietnamese is "Xin(Sin) Chao(Jaow)!"

What are some common kids' names at your school?:

Common kids names are Minh, Leo, Nam, La, Lilly and Lyla.

What subjects do you study in school, and which one is your favorite?:

Math, English, literature, art, music, finance, history, geography and physics. My favorite classes are English, music and P.E.

What is your homework like?:

A lot of listening (to audio recordings), reading and writing.

What do you like to do after school? Do you have a favorite sport or game?:

I play games like football (soccer) or I hang out with friends.

Who is your favorite famous person?:

I like KPOP idols.

What kinds of music do you listen to?:

Kpop, like BLACKPINK and BTS.

What would you like to be when you grow up?:

I would like to be a policeman and a doctor.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?:

I would go to Korea, Japan, England, America, Canada and China.

What do you know or think about the United States?:

The U.S. is big with tall buildings.
