Spring is really starting to show in Seoul, which means more sun, less cold winds, flowers blooming and warmer temperatures.
I saw lots of dogs being walked by their owners. Korean's seem to favor small breeds of dogs. In nature, I saw lots of birds, including pigeons as well as the oriental magpie. I first saw the oriental magpie on my bus ride from the airport and was immediately mesmerized by it's blue feathers. Fun fact: this is actually Korea's official bird!
The coolest thing that I saw in nature this week were the cherry blossom petals falling. The cherry blossoms themselves are very beautiful, but I found the petals falling in the wind to be an even more beautiful sight.
Warmer temperatures which means more people going out to the park and enjoying the weather.
