This is my final journal entry and I can’t believe how fast this journey went by! Studying abroad in Copenhagen has been an amazing experience. I got to see what everyday life is like in Copenhagen, from riding bikes around the city to trying new foods and learning about a different culture.
While I was living in Denmark, I've been able to travel to so many countries. Last week, I went to Madrid and Barcelona in Spain. In Madrid, I saw beautiful buildings, big parks and lots of history. In Barcelona, I visited the beach and saw famous places such as La Sagrada Familia cathedral which was very beautiful.
One of my favorite parts of this whole experience was seeing how people live in different places. I learned that even though things can be different, here, people still enjoy spending time with friends, eating good food and having fun!
This experience taught me to be open to new things and to appreciate different ways of life there are in different countries. I also realized that even though I’m far from home, I can still learn, grow and connect with people.
