The bryndza cheese is made using fresh sheep’s milk from local farms in the mountain areas of Slovakia. You can only find the cheese in this area of the world! Potatoes are also a big part of Slovak culture, especially my region, Orava. Many families grow their own potatoes and harvest them in the Fall. They share them with family and friends for the whole year.
