How was the weather this week?: You can tell spring is just around the corner! We had some nice sunny days mixed together with some cloudy and cold days.
What animals did I see this week? : The animals around Milan are very similar to the animals back home in the United States. This week, I saw lots of little dogs being walked in the park near my house. I saw squirrels, LOTS of pigeons and a cat.
What was the coolest thing I saw in nature this week?: The coolest thing I saw was the sunset from the top of Janiculum Hill in Rome. On the walk up, I saw some giant twiggy trees and lots of little purple and white flowers. Seeing all of the old architecture from above was breathtaking!
Other Nature News from this week: The air quality in Milan can sometimes be really bad if the mountains in the North traps the yucky air in the city. This week, however, the air was clear and the sky was blue! It was a nice break from the gray skies.
