One of my classes is called "Palestinians: History and Society." For that course, I read an academic piece about the formation of the state of Israel by the United Nations and the history behind why Palestine even existed in the first place.
I played a lot of card games this weekend with my friends. We played Hearts, Spades, Go Fish and more. When we went swimming in the ocean, we played "Chicken Fight"! We also practiced acro-yoga together, which all of us hope to get better at, as it is a lot of fun to do with friends! I also went rock climbing two times this week.
I started an internship this past week at the Interfaith Center for Sustainable Development. I have really enjoyed getting to know my coworkers and learning more about the incredible work that the center is doing to encourage others to be more environmentally friendly.
