The weather this week was gorgeous! It was sunny enough to sit out by the beach and go swimming every day! It is starting to cool down a bit at night compared to September. However, every time I think it might be cool enough to wear a sweater, I am quickly proven wrong when I step outside and immediately begin sweating. It is definitely still quite warm compared to other areas of Europe at this time of year.
This week I saw a lot of cats. It is common for there to be a lot of stray cats in Malta. However, they are always very well taken care of, and there are dedicated cat feeders for each stray cat here. The feeders are responsible for making sure the cats are fed each day and stay healthy. There is a group of about 10 orange cats who live right outside my apartment, and I always find them resting in different places. They always greet me when I come home, as I like to give them treats.
