Also, I eat all of my meals at a table with my host family. In the United States, I d do not eat breakfast and only eat one plate of food for lunch and dinner. I do not eat a lot because I am on a diet called "Intermittent fasting." In Spain, I eat breakfast every day and eat two or more plates of food for lunch and dinner.

Despite the culture shocks, I am enjoying my life in Spain. It is exciting learning to communicate in Spanish better and learn about the culture here in Spain.
Sadly, this is the end of our journey together. I truly enjoyed sharing my study abroad experience with all of you. I hope you all consider studying abroad, traveling and emerging yourselves in a new culture. As you can see, it can be so much fun!
