It’s currently spring time, which means flowers are in bloom everywhere! Whether I am at home in Milan or visiting a new country, I absolutely love stopping to look at the flowers! The parks, sides of the road and balconies are all covered in flowers right now. The different colors, petals and leaves always intrigue me. I’ve seen species here that I have not seen before, but I’ve also seen flowers that we have at home. Here’s a capsule of some of my favorites!
The flowers are all sorts of colors, shapes and sizes. I’ve included many photos of the different flowers I’ve seen for you to look at, too.
Seeing flowers always brightens my day. When I see flowers, I usually stop or slow down just for a second to look a little closer at the petals. The pop of color next to some gray cement or black asphalt is like a little ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. How can you be sad when looking at such a beautiful plant!?
I also love that flowers attract butterflies and bumblebees. Seeing a pretty butterfly fly by a flower makes the whole experience even better!
