Their team recently qualified for Nationals and will be playing in the National Tournament at the end of March!
Justin and Santiago share the same favorite famous person: Mr. Beast, who they watch a lot. They watch his videos in Spanish and are even caught up on the Beast Games. They also love Messi, over Ronaldo, which is a common argument at our school.
Geraldine and Britney have a lot of favorite famous people, yet all are famous soccer stars. Obviously their favorite is Messi (over Ronaldo), but they also love Lamine Yamal, Rafinha, and Jude Bellingham. The one non-soccer player they love is Bad Bunny, and they both were big fans of the Super Bowl Halftime Show, especially seeing the Belize flag on such a big stage!
While neither Justin or Santiago have a favorite artist, they love listening to pop music, Latin music, and rap music. They also both love the song "Diamonds in the Sky".
Britney and Geraldine both love Bad Bunny and Billie Eilish, especially her song "Ocean Eyes". Mainly playing pop and Spanish music. They also love Punta Rock, which is a popular genre of music in Belize. Some other artists they love listening to are Supa G, Karol G, Becky G, Romeo Santos and Benson Boone (especially his song "Beautiful Things").
Santiago wants to be a football (soccer) player when he grows up and hopes to travel the world playing football. If he isn't able to play football, he wants to study and work in an office building writing and doing office work.
