What was the best meal this week?:

The best meal I ate this week was from a famous breakfast restaurant called Fu Hang Soy Milk. They are so popular that there is always a line that wraps around the building and down the block, even when they open at 6:00 AM! They are famous for their signature dish, which is kind of like a breakfast sandwich. It has thick, chewy, sesame seed bread with scallion-filled scrambled eggs and a 油條 (yóutiáo), or fried donut stick, inside. It's salty, savory, and so delicious! I enjoyed my sandwich with a cold cup of freshly-made soymilk and a sweet, sticky sesame caramel bun on the side.
