For the most part, my travel this week was just between home, work, and school. It was a regular week living in Mexico City. In total, I estimate that I traveled 25 miles this week.
I traveled around 3,100 miles.
I walked to work and took a combination of Uber and the metro to school and around the city.
I visited a beautiful urban garden where fresh produce is grown in the middle of the city. Most of Mexico City's food has to be grown far outside the city because of overcrowding and expensive land. It is exciting to see that changing slowly and food is grown locally.
I have been a little sick since I got back from the Yucatan. Even though the food is clean and is fine to eat, Americans and other tourists sometimes get sick because our bodies aren't used to the different microorganisms. Thankfully, I am feeling better today and am ready to start eating whatever I want!
