Interview with a Mongolian 6th grader

What would you like to be when you grow up?:

“I would like to be a construction worker, because I like playing with Legos. My little brother wants to be a toy shop owner.”

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?:

“I would go to the USA, because I want to see what it’s like. They have stores and items that don’t exist in Mongolia. 

My little brother wants to go to South Korea and Japan.”

What do you know or think about the United States?:

“That it is pretty popular. Pretty much all games are allowed and made there, like Minecraft and Roblox. I also know the US has Walmarts.”

What questions do you have for kids in the United States?:
  1. How is traffic in the US?

  2. How cheap are things in the US?

  3. Is the school hallway very long?

  4. Is the school separated into different parts classifying primary, middle, and high school?
