London is around 1,067 miles away from Madrid. The flight from Madrid to London took two hours.
London is the furthest I have traveled since I arrived in Madrid. I will be traveling to Amsterdam in a few weeks as my next travel destination.
The Tube is what the metro system in London is called. With a transportation card called the Oyster card, I was able to get to different places around the city. Unfortunately, the public transportation in London is around 3 times the cost of the public transportation in Madrid. I walked a lot in order to save money. I definitely got all of my steps in throughout the trip!
The Camden Market in London was the most interesting place I visited. Camden Market is a large open market that has hundreds of food stands and vintage stores. In this market, you can order anything from spaghetti to Dutch pancakes. I loved the incredible array of options in this market. My only regret is that I couldn't eat more!
