So far, I have traveled to multiple cities across India, including Bangalore, Chandigarh, Mumbai and Kochi.
Uber is my main form of transport. It is very cheap in India, and a 40 minute Uber ride, for example, costs around $4.00. I also sometimes take the metro if I have enough time. Delhi has a very good metro system that I will talk about in greater detail in my transportation blog.
The most interesting place I visited this week was the Nehru museum in Delhi, where I watched a talk given by the Deputy U.S. ambassador to India, Edgard Kagan, discuss U.S.-India relations.
This upcoming week will be attending the Jaipur international literature festival. Be ready, will be coming in hot!
During the winter time, the weather in Bombay is very nice. It ranges between 60 degrees Farenheit to around 85 degrees Farenheit. Bombay is located on the coast, so there was a nice breeze that remained steady throughout my weekend stay.
