This week I traveled 1,494 miles from Melbourne, Australia to Christchurch, New Zealand. I will be flying back to Australia on November 8th.
So far in New Zealand, I've seen Christchurch, Arthur's Pass, Nelson Lakes, Abel Tasman National Park and Kahurangi National Park.
I got around using a rental car. It is a plain, black car. I had to leave my rainbow car in airport parking back in Melbourne. I kind of miss it.
The most interesting place I've visited this week is probably Abel Tasman National Park. There were so many animals to see on the beach. I have never seen a wild crab before so that was exciting for me!
As I'm writing this post, we're planning our trip to Tasman Glacier. It is the largest glacier in New Zealand. A glacier is a body of ice that continuously moves. I have never seen one before so I am excited!
