Diana is the first person I met when I came to Suceava. She picked me up from the airport, and since then has been my friend and someone I could always rely on for help when I had a problem. Like me, she works at the university. She was also born and raised in Suceava, although she lived in Bucharest for a while during her college years. So, I asked her a few questions about what her life in Romania is like.

I live in an apartment in Suceava, Romania. It is quiet, and sometimes not very exciting, but it is good for me because my family and friends all live here. It is also a developing city, so I have positive expectations for the future.
I am from a small family, and they all live in the city of Suceava. I have no siblings. I am very close to my family, and I see my parents about once a week. I also see my grandparents a lot, and we all usually get together about once or twice a month with a group of family friends to visit and catch up.
I have a car--a red BMW-- so I drive.
