I interviewed my friend Mate's younger brother, Luka, regarding his life as an elementary school student. The schooling is not that different from the United States. One difference at the schools is that all of the studentshave to wear a uniform.
I eat a quick snack for breakfast. This could be some bread or a croissant. For lunch, I pack a sandwich and chips to take to school. For dinner, my mother usually makes a delicious meal.
I live in an apartment on the Buda side. We live on the fourth floor and have three bedrooms and two bathrooms to share. The building I live in is old and has typical architecture for the area.
I do have some chores every week. I have to clean the house with my mother on the weekends and make sure to vacuum and wipe off some tables.
My father is a professor and my mother is a nurse.
School starts at 8:00 am and ends at 5:30 pm. I get home by 6 pm.
