안녕하세요 (Hello)! My name is Lina Adarrab. I was born in New York City but moved to Casablanca, Morocco, when I was two. I lived there until I returned to the U.S. two years ago to attend The George Washington University in Washington D.C. I am now an exchange student at Korea University in Seoul for a semester!
Growing up, I attended a French International School, which helped me become trilingual at a young age. I spoke Arabic at home, French at school, and English with friends. This multilingual environment sparked my passion for learning new languages and exploring different cultures. I chose to major in International Affairs, inspired by my dream of becoming a diplomat and traveling the world! So, coming to South Korea truly feels like a dream come true, especially after learning Korean for the past two years in college; I hope to improve and practice my language skills here!
What I really want to share with you is the excitement and wonder that comes with experiencing a new country. Korea has such a rich history, beautiful landscapes, and a vibrant culture that I’ve only just started to explore. I’m excited to share my experiences with you and hopefully inspire you to explore the world, too! There’s so much out there to discover, and I hope that through my journey, you’ll see how fun and rewarding it can be to learn about other cultures.
