Since I have been here, my family has celebrated Easter, and it was unique and quite different compared to an American Easter holiday.
I am in the Food Technology room, so I spend all my time teaching students how to cook and then helping them understand why we cook the way we do. Then, I like to take daily walks out to the beach.
