Spanish dessert is something that you will not forget and, therefore, should not skip. About an hour before writing this, I sat down with a group of friends to share churros and chocolate. These fried dough desserts are served with a mug of hot dipping chocolate and are often rolled in cinnamon and sugar. They're the perfect dessert for walking and talking with the people you love most. My favorite way to enjoy churros is while walking along the river of Girona at night. The hot chocolate warms you right up.
