Paul and his team buy and sell money from country to country. Just picture all those scenes from movies where people are in the New York Stock Exchange on Wall Street, although a lot of it is now automated (electronic and kind of automatic). Paul talks with the big companies to explain how things work and to help them plan how they want to exchange their money.
Paul suggests you study hard, travel and read. He also added "Get out there. There's a way bigger world out there." I second that!
