I traveled about six miles to neighborhood called Coyoacán to visit a friend who is also a pianist. This took about an hour and ten minutes. It would be a lot faster to take a car, but I don't have a car here in Mexico, so I take the metro.
The farthest away I have traveled is to the Pacific coast in the state of Colíma - an overnight trip on the bus.
I took the bus and the metro a few times. I also took an Uber ride twice and sometimes I just walked!
I enjoyed walking through the Condesa and Roma Norte neighborhoods to meet up with friends on Saturday night. Sam and I walked about 35 minutes to get to the restaurant to meet our friends. On the way, we saw lots of interesting restaurants that we want to visit sometime, including an Argentinian grill and a Galician restaurant (Galicia is a region in northwest Spain),
