안녕하세요! Annyeonghaseyo! Hello! My name is Michelle Njuguna, I am 20 years old, I was born in Michigan, and I have spent half my life in Kenya. I currently live in Massachusetts, where I am about to enter my final semester of college at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. My majors are legal studies and political science. I plan to go on to law school and practice international law.
I have always been interested in exploring the world, and thanks to the Gilman Scholarship, I will be able to embark on my second study abroad experience in Seoul, South Korea. I will be spending the winter at Yonsei University, taking a course called "Korea and the World" and absorbing South Korea's fascinating culture through various travels. If you like K-pop, K-dramas, K-beauty, K-food, or any other aspect of Korean life, you're in the right spot. I can not wait to share all my exciting experiences with you all!
