My Journey Begins!

I was able to truly come to this conclusion after seeing how much Ghanaians create for themselves. Learning about their culture encouraged me to want to study in Thailand. Thai culture is much more sustainable than that in the Western world, which interests me. For example, I have had the opportunity to interact with natural tie-dying farms and agricultural farms, and I even witnessed some of these people building their own homes. This is something I also saw in Ghana, Africa, but it's very rarely seen in my community of Cleveland, Ohio. I wish to learn more about these practices with the intention of taking the values back to my community to help my community understand that these are things we can do with our own hands rather than relying only on large corporations which essentially make us dependent on corporate powers.

I'm excited to learn more about the way of life in Thailand, and I hope you are, too!
