People are going to school, graduating and getting higher education if they need it or want it. What is not being met is the need for English speakers. People often learn English in school, but do not feel confident in the language even after studying it for several years. This has led to a growing market of private English teachers who tutor children and adults outside of the classroom. There are also several different English clubs for people to practice their English in different formats.
