This week, the weather was pretty nice. Even though it is hot outside, the climate, here, is very dry, so there is no humidity. There has also been a good breeze in my city, which helps to keep things cool.
This week, I saw lots of dogs, cows and monkeys. There are many stray dogs and roaming cows here. In Varanasi, there are also a lot of monkeys, but there are certain neighborhoods that these animals stay in. I don't usually see monkeys in my neighborhood, but sometimes I see them when I walk around the city.
At the beginning of this week, I traveled to Rajasthan. Rajasthan is another state in North India. While I was in Rajasthan, I visited the city Udaipur. Udaipur is known as "The City of Lakes." The lakes in Udaipur were the coolest things I saw in nature this week. They were so beautiful. I miss seeing lakes and greenery. Varanasi does not have any plants or forests.
