It was smooth and buttery, but I don't think I'll continue to eat it. We also had calamari, scallops, patatas bravas and tortilla. All tapas-style of course!
This week I listened to Kendrick Lamar because of the Super Bowl! Many of my students also listen to him, and we have been able to bond over the performance.
The most fun I had this week was when I was riding bikes along the coastline with my friends! We got caught in a small rainstorm for about five minutes! But we braved the weather because we got to see so much more of the city this way.
This week, I continued to read a book I bought a few weeks ago called "Sin Noticias del Gurb" (Without news from Gurb). It is a fun, rather silly story about an alien who lands in Barcelona in 1996 during the Olympics and goes missing. The story is told from his alien friend's perspective who is trying to locate him and has lots of adventures along the way. It is a pretty slow read since it's in Spanish, but fun nonetheless.
I have not played any sports games this week, but Real Madrid did win their match this week which was very exciting!
