The weather this week, though a little chilly was absolutely amazing! It only rained two days, and even then, one day was only light rain on and off. The skies have been clear and you really only need a light coat or heavy sweater when you're out and about!
My favorite things to see are the fat squirrels that run around the city. Unfortunately, they're impossible to catch pictures of since they're so fast, but you can often see them dart around, snatching food crumbs off the sidewalks. They could do with a little less junk food!
The coolest thing I saw in nature this week was the beginning of the leaves turning colors on some of the trees. Only the edges have started to turn so far, so to see the little bits of color combined with the bright green of leaves that haven't turned yet, is always beautiful to see! It's especially nice on cloudy, rainy days because they provide a much-needed pop of bright color.
