While I was in Nairobi, the weather forecast predicted that it would rain all week, but luckily, it didn't! Each day was mainly warm and sunny with only occasional clouds. My friends and I stayed right in the city, and most days we were even able to see the sunrise! We were very happy the weather was nice, and we enjoyed many outdoor activities while we were there.
During our time in Nairobi, we visited a park that cares for giraffes, and it was so fun! Visitors can feed the giraffes, and a baby ate right out of my hand. Kenya is also popularly known for its safaris. On our last day there, we traveled to a safari at Nairobi National Park, right outside the city, and saw many zebras, rhinos and even lions!
