We are currently in the dry season which means it is very hot and there is very little rain. So this week, every day has been over 100 degrees. We were very lucky and it rained once this week but it was still very hot, even when it was raining.
I saw so many animals. In my community all animals roam freely. We have donkeys, cows, chickens, goats, sheep, guinea fowls, bats and lots of different types of beautiful birds. I see all of these animals every day!
The coolest thing I saw in nature was a giant herd of cows walking to the local dam to drink and cool off. Some cows went all the way into the water and some just stood at the edge and drank.
Even though it rained just a little bit, it still turned some plants from being brown and dried up to being green again!
