This week, I saw a few Baja California bark scorpions and many birds. I also saw some cows on a farm and a little lizard while I was at school. Last but not least, I of course saw many cats and dogs!
I really enjoyed seeing the lizard at school! It has been the only lizard I’ve seen so far, so it was great! It was surprisingly calm and waited for a few other teachers and me to take some pictures before going back into the bushes.
While visiting La Paz, the capital city of Baja California Sur, I learned that whale sharks are very common in the Gulf of California. Whale sharks can be spotted in the gulf from November to April.
