The weather in Tokyo was amazing! It was surprisingly warm all week. I even had to shed my jacket most of the time. The only downside to the amazing weather was some intense wind. I lost my headband a few times, as well as almost losing some money when it was blown out of my hand!
I went to a pet store while in the city and saw some adorable baby animals! Pet stores in Japan are extremely expensive because the animals are usually purebreds only. Many of the animals (mainly dogs) sold in Japan are also small breeds, like mame shibas, shitzhus or Pomeranians. Since Japan is a very condensed country with small living spaces, people usually prefer to have smaller animals that are easier to take care of.
Finally, the sakura (cherry blossoms) were in bloom! It was pink buds everywhere. While in Osaka there's still around a week before the trees blossom, in Tokyo, they were almost in full bloom. We took a lot of pictures of them.
