The best thing I saw this week were the wild flamingos in la marisma (the marsh). After it rained, I saw a rainbow over the lake with the flamingos and horses in the distance. It was beautiful. Did you know that the color of flamingos is controlled by their diet? These flamingoes are less pink (except for under their wings) because they have less salt in their diet!
