S O N I C E ! I'm a fan of the weather in Sweden, but Greece is a really nice break from all the cloudy, cold days. In Aegina, we rented a car and drove along the coastline of the island with our windows down and the wind blowing in our faces as the sun transformed the Aegean Sea into a beautiful, transparent, azure blue. Athens was sunny and hot, and Thessaloniki started out cloudy but became quite nice by midday.
I saw lots and lots of cats. Some are really bold and will jump on to you and beg for food!
The coolest thing I saw would probably have to be the clear blue water surrounding the island of Aegina. You could stand in water up to your waist and still clearly see the details by your feet!
