The weather this week started off being cloudy for the first two days, and then there was a sudden burst of rain that sprinkled the land. The week ended with the sun shining brightly, creating a glow effect on my skin.
I saw a bunny, parrots and many types of birds that you don't see in New York. While it's the beginning of fall in New York, it's the beginning of spring here in Sydney, and all the animals seem to be coming out to enjoy the sunshine.
The coolest thing in nature that I saw this week was the flowers. They bloomed immediately after the rainfall.
Because Australia is in the Southern Hemisphere, the seasons don't line up with the months in the way I'm used to. For example, in September, spring is just starting while fall is just beginning in New York.
