What was the best meal this week?:

The best meal I had this week was vegetable soup and a toastie (grilled cheese). Simple but comforting. Fun fact: while it is the holiday season, Irish folks do not celebrate thanksgiving, instead christmas meals and celbrations begin early.

What music did I listen to this week?:

This week I listened to a great deal of jazz and instrumental music for writing and studying, but also have been listening to the Fantastic Mr. Fox soundtrack because of the season. 

What activity was the most fun this week?:

Since it is the end of the semester, this week, I practiced Irish with my classmates over tea and biscuits (cookies). It was a sweet way to wrap up and celebrate the course.

What did I read this week?:

Thirty-Two Words for Field by Manchán Magan. Magan sadly recently passed away, but is well known for his work in the Irish language and folklore. 

What games or sports did I play this week?:

I played a version of dominoes that matches Irish language words to pictures.
