French!
Just like Paris and the rest of France, the euro is used in Saint-Ouen.
Also similar to Paris, a bottle of water costs 1.50 euros.
There was a good sushi restaurant only a block away from where I was staying so I ate there a few times this week.
Everday this week on my way to work, I had to pass through a train station where a man played classical music on an accordion. He was very talented and listening to him was a great way to start the day.
This week I met with a new friend I made here so that I could practice speaking French and she could practice speaking English. We were both able to understand one another and we found out that we like some of the same TV shows and music. She also lent me one of her favorite books so that I can practice readiing in French.
This week I read the French newspaper to improve my reading skills.
