I played badminton with my co-workers at school on Tuesday. Then on Sundays, I do aerial yoga with some of my friends. These are new hobbies that I have picked up in Taiwan.
This week, my students started learning how to play the recorder! They are very excited to play a new instrument, and it has been a lot of fun helping them learn notes, fingerings, and simple melodies. The classroom has been full of music as everyone practices together.
Another fun thing is that my school is currently under renovation, but they have made a lot of progress. I am excited for the time we can go into the outside area and look at the trees. They have koi fish in their little water areas as well.
