The main language spoken in Spain is Spanish! I was a little surpised when I came to Salamanca because most people don't speak English and almost everything is written in Spanish. I am not so good at Spanish, so it was very difficult for me!
Spain uses the euro (€) as its offical currency. Many other European countries also use the euro--this makes it easier to travel and shop between those countries.
A bottle of water here usually costs around one dollar! However, if you buy a smaller bottle, it can be even cheaper. Prices can change depending on where you shop.
I went to an Indian restaurant for my birthday, and the food was amazing! I ate samosas, curry and rice. Everything was delicious, and this meal made my birthday feel extra special.
