Everything felt busier and louder than in Salamanca. It was exiciting to explore a big city, but it was also nice to come back to the calmer and quieter streets of Salamanca.
I read a book called La Celestina! It is a very famous book in Spain, and almost every student has to read it in school. The story is kind of like Romeo and Juliet story, but it's a Spanish version with its own twists and turns.
The weather was not very good this week, so I didn't get to play any games or sports. However, I found ways to have fun inside! I watched my favorite shows and did my homework!
This week I realized that Spain is very diverse; there are people from all around the world living here! When I visited Madrid, I found a street full of Indian restaurants and grocery stores. I was really surprised to see so many in just one street! It was exciting to see all the different cultures mixing together in one city.
