Russian is the main language here. Russia may have lots of languages used within its borders, but nearly everyone understands Russian.
Rubles are used. I'll include some pictures of the money in this logbook for you, since I didn't last time!
A bottle of water costs 24 rubles, which is 38 cents. That is "premium" water, though, or gas water, which is water that is carbonated like sodas. I may not have liked it at all back in America. but I love it here. The normal water is pretty bad tasting. It kind of reminds me of chalk, but when it's carbonated it hides that taste. I actually want to do a review of all the waters they have here (there's a lot) because it's my favorite drink, and I'm not used to there being so many options. Expect a video about Russia's water soon!
I went to an Italian Restaurant with the Italians, and I got an Italian style pizza. It was quite different than what I am used to in America, but I liked it. It wasn't even a circle! Plus, after we had our pizza, we ordered a Nutella pizza that came with strawberries and cream.
