The weather in New Delhi has been warm and sunny. It feels like Minnesota in the summer!
The city of New Delhi is very urbanized, so I haven’t been seeing a lot of animals. However, I did see a few monkeys running along the phone lines.
Compared to my old neighborhood in Kathmandu, Nepal, my neighborhood here has a lot of lush greenery and playgrounds for children. It’s been very nice to be around so much greenery again. To me, moving into a neighborhood with more vegetation is super cool.
New Delhi is the most air polluted city in the world. I didn’t know what smog looked like until I got here; at first, I thought what I was seeing was fog. The smog I have been seeing here is a mixture of gray and purple. The smog is most visible during the morning.
