The weather this week was all over the place. It could be sunny, cloudy, and rainy all in the same day! I always keep my rain jacket and rain pants with me everywhere I go.
I saw goats, sheep, cows, horses, donkeys, giant crickets, and more! There are a lot of farm animals in Peru, and people leave them in the nature to graze.
The coolest thing that I saw in nature this week was a grillo (gree-o), which is a giant colorful grasshopper. It was almost the size of my hand!
I took my two host sisters and my neighbor for a walk in the mountains! We went to an abandoned shack and spent some time cleaning it up.
