Usually, I head into Tarma to go to the bank, buy snacks, eat a meal or grab coffee from a local coffee shop. Also, to get to Lima, I took an overnight bus from Tarma with very comfortable seats that went back 180 degrees to form a bed!
The most interesting place I visited this week was the ocean shore in Lima. I took a long walk through an oceanside park, where I admired the lush greenery and colorful flower gardens. As I walked along the coast, I looked out at the endless blue sea and enjoyed the peaceful scenery.
