You know that it's fall or winter in Germany when it starts to rain a lot like it did when I was in Berlin. We haven't gotten much snow yet, but some is forecast for this week! Usually when it rains here, it's also very, very chilly, so I always need to make sure I bring a scarf and an extra layer with me!
