Being a college student, most of my days start out the same way. I get up and have breakfast and then go to class, just like you do. The biggest difference might be that I live really close to my classrooms, and the places where I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner are all inside my school.
My full name is Scott McGreggor Grier. My dad chose my middle name because that was his great-grandfather's name, and he thought it was neat. He accidentally misspelled it, though, but I think makes it more distinctive.
Here in Hong Kong, I live in a dorm room in a tall building and have a roommate whose name is Matthew. My dorm room is a lot like a bedroom, and the door to my room opens into a long hallway with many rooms just like mine. There are also a common room with a sink for washing dishes, a balcony and two large communal bathrooms on my floor.
My mom and my dad are divorced, and have been since I was really young, so it's almost like I have two families.
On my mom's side, my family consists of me, my little brother Jake, who is a senior in high school right now, my stepfather, Jeff and my mom, Johna.
