Currently, kids usually only go out and play when the rain stops and run back inside when it starts again. They still do things when it rains but nothing very fun. Aoife wishes that she could be with her friends and have fun even when it rains, and not just be inside. She thinks that there isn't enough fun things to do inside all the times it rains and needs a fun game to play or activity to do outside when the suns not out and there's a little rain coming down.
