The past few weeks of my life have been a bit crazy, so here I am, checking in from Newark International Airport. And yes, I said Newark, like in New Jersey. Why? That's a funny story... Now that my semester is finished, I took a short trip home to visit my family, but I ended up having to stay a bit longer to have my wisdom teeth out! So, here I am, headed back with everything I need (well, except for my wisdom teeth...).
It does seem fitting, though, that I'm writing this entry from the airport, because it's time for my next adventure, and yours, too! We've spent the past few months together, sharing stories and learning together, and I've had the best time doing so.
There's two things I wanted to share with you before I say goodbye, and the first is share some advice. I've learned a lot in my time abroad, so here's what I've learned that I think everyone could find helpful:
-You can plan and prep as much as you want, but life sometimes has other ideas, so learn to go with the flow and expect the unexpected.
